Delivery:

Refunds:

We offer a 7 day refund policy on unwanted items that you have purchased as long as the item has not been fitted or used. Refunds will only be granted when the item has been returned back to us and not before.
Items received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than re-sellable, will NOT be granted a refund and will be subject to a handling fee at our descretion.
Faulty:

No refunds can be given to faulty products after 7 days from date of delivery. Any faulty products after the 7 days purchase date will be repaired or replaced depending on the fault, age of the product and the manufacturer’s procedures and guidelines to us. We will inform you of the decision beforehand. Any items found NOT to be faulty on testing will be subject to a re-delivery charge to you. Bass Junkies will cover the cost of posting the repaired / replaced item back to the customer and only to the original posting address.

Installation tip:
- This panel is designed to fit most Japanese branded double din units such as Kenwood, Pioneer, JVC, Sony, Alpine and Clarion
- If you are fitting a non-branded unit from china with brands such as Erisin, EONON Pumpkin and Xtron, there is a VERY high possibility YOU will have to modify, cut and trim this panel to suit the stereo and accommodate it in your dash.
- These panels are designed based on Japanese stereo's which are a uniformed standard size, stereos from china can be different sizes and we cannot guarantee the stereo will fit without modification and we can not be held responsible.
- If the panel is supplied with side brackets then the stereo cage is not used to fit the radio.
