Porsche Boxster (986) 1997-2004 Car Stereo Single or Double Din Fascia Panel Application & Amplified Active Speaker Interface Adaptor Fitting Kit
This fascia kit allows the installation of an aftermarket head unit into a non din sized aperture with a high quality finish designed to match the vehicle dashboard.
Head unit mounts directly into the fascia and there is no need for an additional fitting cage.
Relocation trim and pocket for the heater controls, some cars with original single din units have the heater controls located higher on the dashboard with the radio, this extra trim allows the heater controls to be relocated lower on the dashboard where the cd storage slots and pocket usually are. See 2nd picture
Wiring Interface Description
Converts the Porsche Wiring Harness to Speaker Level Inputs for connecting to a new car stereo with ISO Lead.
These adaptors convert the new head unit you are fitting to activate the speakers.
This adaptor is required to replace factory fitted radio with an aftermarket headunit (Alpine, Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, JVC etc.). It will convert the car original power and speakers wiring connector to a standard ISO connector. Simply plug one end of the adaptor into your cars wiring harness, and the other end into your new radio, without the need of tools or cutting of wires.
Please Note: Not compatible with fibre optic amplifiers
To activate rear speakers, the blue & White wire on the Red mini ISO plug also needs to be connected to the Blue wire coming off of the New Head Unit (marked Amp Remote)

Installation tip:
- This panel is designed to fit 6"-7" double din units. Most Japanese brands such as Kenwood, Pioneer, JVC, Sony, Alpine and Clarion will suit this fascia.
- If you are fitting a non-branded unit from china with brands such as EONON and Xtron, there is a VERY high possibility YOU will have to modify this panel to suit the stereo and accommodate it in your dash.
- These panels are designed based on Japanese stereo's which are a uniformed standard size, stereos from china can be different sizes and we cannot guarantee the stereo will fit without modification.
