Refunds:

We offer a 7 day refund policy on unwanted items that you have purchased as long as the item has not been fitted or used. Refunds will only be granted when the item has been returned back to us and not before.

Bass Junkies will cover the cost of posting the repaired / replaced item back to the customer and only to the original posting address.
