Refunds:

We offer a 7 day refund policy on unwanted items that you have purchased as long as the item has not been fitted or used. Refunds will only be granted when the item has been returned back to us and not before.

We will inform you of the decision beforehand. Any items found NOT to be faulty on testing will be subject to a re-delivery charge to you. Bass Junkies will cover the cost of posting the repaired / replaced item back to the customer and only to the original posting address.
