Delivery:
Delivery of items will normally be made within 3-5 working days from date of received payment. We will aim to deliver goods within the times stated however once an item has left our hands delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. If we have any issues with dispatching, we will notify you immediately where you will have the right to cancel the order and we will process for a full refund
Refunds:
PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY GOODS TO OBTAIN A RETURNS FORM / AUTHORIZATION
We offer a 7 day refund policy on unwanted items that you have purchased as long as the item has not been fitted or used. Refunds will only be granted when the item has been returned back to us and not before.
Items received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than re-sellable, will NOT be granted a refund and will be subject to a handling fee at our descretion.
Faulty:

No refunds can be given to faulty products after 7 days from date of delivery. Any faulty products after the 7 days purchase date will be repaired or replaced depending on the fault, age of the product and the manufacturer’s procedures and guidelines to us. We will inform you of the decision beforehand. Any items found NOT to be faulty on testing will be subject to a re-delivery charge to you. Bass Junkies will cover the cost of posting the repaired / replaced item back to the customer and only to the original posting address.
