What is in the box

A typical bundle includes the touchscreen head unit, a vehicle specific fascia kit, an ISO patch lead, a steering wheel control interface and the right aerial adapter. Where the car had a factory amplifier, the bundle adds an active system adapter so the new screen sees a clean low level signal. Most bundles also include a wired or wireless reversing camera input ready for plug and play install.

Choosing between CarPlay, Android Auto and DAB+

Almost every modern screen now handles CarPlay and Android Auto over USB, with wireless on premium models. DAB+ requires either a built in tuner or a Connects2 CTDAB-FM module connected via the aerial socket. Bluetooth handsfree is included on every screen we stock, so phone calls and music streaming work straight out of the box once paired.

Compatibility and fitting
