A custom bass box is shaped to the panels and trim of one specific car, which means no wasted boot space, no rattles against a flat box, and a sealed or ported chamber tuned to the right Hz for that body shell. Where the box mounts

• Side panel boxes. Replace the plastic boot side trim with a fibreglass sub enclosure, common in hot hatches.

Compatibility and fitting

Custom boxes are always supplied for a specific car or van, often with the matching driver pre installed. Allow space for a monoblock amp, an amp wiring kit and a remote bass controller for the cabin.
